Erasmus+ Personalised Learning is the platform for members of the partnership in the project. The partnership will share information, output and knowlegde with interested parties by posting on this platform. This European community for Personalised Learning will work together on descriptions of:• Framework Schoolprofile Personalised learning• Description of "teacherprofiles" with the focus on personalised learning• Description of the learning environment for a succesful execution of personalised learning.
