Erez Coffee Co is a producer of premium cold brew coffee and other coffee-related products, started by new immigrants Matan and Ronit. Our vision is to bring Israel and the world delicious coffee with our own brand of "cool". Cold brew coffee is coffee that's brewed with room temperature or cold water over a 12 to 24-hour brew time. Because it's made with colder water, it mitigates the bitterness, and tastes more rounded out. The outcome is a coffee with more of a full body and a little less acidity than regular iced coffee. It has more caffeine, easier on the stomach, and perfect for the Tel Aviv heat. We are constantly trying to change the status quo, while retaining our reputation of being the #1 customer-centric company in Israel.
