This requires courage.Through empowering and thought-provoking keynotes, experiential workshops and capability-building courses, I show people how. I do this virtually and in person.How we respond to our challenges determines the quality of our lives - professional and personal. There's a lot at stake.I've learnt across two masters degrees in human behavior that courage isn't something that's fixed. It's a skill we can all develop.The strategies and skills I share are backed by research from behavioural science, positive psychology and neuroscience. No walking (or running!) over hot coals. Just stuff that works at room temperature.I've spent 20 years working internationally as a technical consultant with IBM and over 10 years developing courageous and emotionally intelligent leadership through coaching and workshops across Australasia. I've taken special pleasure in working with leaders who really care for others – such the awesome Australian Public Service. Hats off to all those who serve.
