ERMarchitecture, has executed projects such as kitchen and bath renovations, zoning and property feasibility studies, Building Department expediting; gut rehabilitations of apartments, (57) luxury condos for Jade Jager and (11) fire houses for the NYC Dept. of Design & Construction. The office also designed new buildings for real estate developers such as a 74,000 SF condo building for Boymelgreen Development, 224 middle income dwelling units for Time Equities, two affordable housing projects equaling 110 apartments for Henry Hewes, a 30,000 SF office building for D. Ken Patton and a medical office building (MOB). His design concept of the rebuilding of the World Trade Center was featured on a national CBS TV newscast.He had taught architecture part-time at the New York Institute of Technology, the Fashion Institute of Technology (interior design) and management of projects costs through rational aesthetics in the N.Y.U. Schack Institute Masters Program for Real Estate Development for 14 years. He is presently developing a continuing education school for realtors and architects.He established his firm originally as Edward Rory McGinnis, Architect in 1981, and personally offers "hands on" control over each design, detail, specification, construction contract and job site meeting.
