We make Australian Craft Meads We make Australian Meads like no other from a 3.5% Galaxy hopped Session Mead to our Peated Barrel aged and fermented Still Mead.Since the end of 2015, we have been working with Home brewers and Professional Brewers helping increase knowledge and awareness of Mead with in Australia.In 2016 our first Collaboration with Artisan Brewing was released - Erosion Bier De Miel.In 2019 we built our production facility and started producing our crafted Aussie Meads.What we mean by Aussie Mead- a light easy to drink flavour full beverage using what we think is some of best Honey in the world, local western Australian honey.
