Assess risks and propose mitigations. Strategy Execution: Develop implementation roadmaps that include activities, deliverables, owners, stakeholders, timelines, and KPIs.Organization Design: Assess skills and capabilities required to achieve the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Develop a corresponding model that includes roles and responsibilities. Finally, design an organization chart that accounts for critical reporting relationships and joins the organization's operational reality with its aspirational one. Engagement: Craft and deploy communication plans and content to establish term definitions, appropriately cascade information, check for understanding, and address pockets of resistance or challenge.Accountability and Continuous Improvement: Empower functional leaders to own KPIs and monitor progress against them.
