Those who are a few steps from being a sure thing.WHY DO WE DO IT?To side-step the current gatekeepers of industry. To identify and prop-up talented people who don't yet have the credentials or metrics to be noticed by the big players. We know talent when we see it. We rely on instinct and gut feeling rather than data. The biggest barriers to entry for a creative person are encouragement and resources. We aim to provide both.
