Our overall goal is to reverse the unsustainable rural to urban migration. Against the global mainstream and disbelief, our foundation developed a model for sustainable migration to rural villages.The ES VICIS Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Basel, Switzerland, with tax exemption created to reverse the migration from the countryside to the city around the world, through the repopulation of rural villages.Adequate plans to decentralise cities are needed. Investing resources so that people have the opportunity to live in rural habitats, to return to healthier environments, in contact with nature.
