With ten years experience satisfying corporate needs, we take care to cluster our apartments in favoured spots across the Tees Valley in the North East of England – Yarm, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool Marina. In quiet locations near town centres, you will live like a local, sharing great places to shop, eat, drink and relax. The price of freedom from hotel isolation? Up to 30% less for an equal length stay. This includes weekly housekeeping and/or fresh linen and towel change. The level of service and features depends on whether the apartment is Elite or Essential. Elite provides even a CEO with a quality of living comparable to home; Essential makes a comfortable base for on-site project staff.No one in our part of the world offers this flexibility, nor the resources to scale up from one to 25 apartments within the same neighbourhood for a global client for short, medium and long term stays.
