Our company performs real estate closings and issues title insurance for both residential and commercial transactions. I am the principal owner and attorney responsible for overseeing the law- and title-related operations of the company. I personally handle the title issues that arise, prepare necessary documents, and perform most of the the table closings with our customers. I've closed more than 20,000 transactions over the last 20 years with the company.We work hard and work smart to keep transactions smooth, painless, and drama free. The closing should be a relaxed time, and so we do our part to make that so.
