We keep travelling to a minimum and use videoconferencing for the vast majority of our meetings.SocialWe pay the same amount for the same performance in the same role. We are committed to a 10:1 salary ratio from the most senior to the most junior. Women and men are represented in management and on the Board of Directors, and 3% of our net revenues will be donated to charity.GovernanceOur Board is entirely independent of management, to avoid conflict of interest. We live by standards of transparency that are beyond the industry, and we publish our financials on our website.
