Espirity is a service provider of iParked.ca, a text messaging parking solution that allows users to pay for parking by sending a text message (SMS) from a mobile phone. Once user texts a parking request, the system processes the request and texts back a parking confirmation to the user. Ten minutes before expiration of the parking user receives a text message notification that the parking is about to expire. User can choose to extend the parking by texting another parking request. For each parking request user receives an electronic receipt on the e-mail address provided in registered user's iParked.ca profile. Text and e-mail messages sent by iParked.ca to its users are in user's preferred language (English or French), specified in iParked.ca user profile.
