ESS Industries was founded by Raghu kuppa. Raghu is highly specialized in designing and building advanced and high performance composite components. He has been involved with great composite manufacturers and top sailing teams in many countries around globe, such as Dubai, Italy, Finland, Germany, Spain and South Africa. Raghu started working on Nuclear Submarine in India With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from INDIA, and worked in automotive industry in the next experience. Interest in marine industry led to started working on High Performance Racing Sailing Yachts in Premier composite technologies in Dubai around few years. Interest in higher education led to study Master of Science in Program & Project Management and Business Development in Paris, France.
