The history of such a formidable company dates back to 1976 when the visionary founder Shri Nathu Lal Pareek established a proprietary firm 'Laxmi Construction Company'. Where the clients shortly acknowledged his reliability and honesty. The proprietor Shri Nathu Lal Pareek dedication and hard work paid off after years of growth. The firm was chiefly involved in JDA RPWD RIICO Agriculture marketing board and road works in major cities of Rajasthan. Those days Shri Nathu Lal Pareek work was shown by government officials as a mark of quality and was taught to the other contractors. Quality is never been a accident and its a commitment over years which is still maintained by the company. Until 1996 the company was majorly dealing in government construction projects.By the year 2000 it was rejuvenated as Esspee Construction as a partnership company owned by Shri Suresh Pareek Shri Sanjeev Pareek (Sons of Shri Nathu Lal Pareek). Main Moto of Esspee Construction was to get their projects involved in the private sectors. Esspee in his crown added many prestigious projects of builders and turnkey projects. The excel service is continued till date.By 2012 Shri Amit Pareek (son of Shri Nathu Lal Pareek) also joined his father's legacy. All of his sons initiatives and Shri Nathu Lal Pareek thought of posturing the company to international standards new company Esspee Infra Heights Private Limited was started. Later Esspee Infra Heights Private Limited joined with Esspee constructions and was named as ESSPEE CONSTRUCTION
