What we do:We are a Mobile Service Provider working with the community (Self-managed, NDIS Plan managed and NDIS Agency), achieving participants' goals like: household supports as people choose to live independently (home help), providing access to the community (social support). We offer 12 km included for travel transport in every shift if necessary. We tailor packages according to your plans, goals, needs and wishes. We are registered to provide Assist Personal Activities, Assist Life Stage - Transition, Daily tasks/shared living, Development -Life skills, Group/Centre Activities, Participate community and personal activities. All Disability/Community Support workers have a current Working With Children card, First Aid Certificate, Police check and disability qualifications. All our rates are based on the current NDIS Price Guide.We provide services in the following Eastern Suburbs: Boroondara, Ashburton, Camberwell, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Box Hill, Burwood, Nunawading, Cranbourne, Greensborough, Surrey Hills, Glen Waverley, Kew East, Malvern East, Doncaster East, Templestowe, Ringwood, Hawthorn East, Burwood East, Oakleigh East, East Melbourne, and nearby areas.
