ESSE GROUP brings you customer development, customer experience management (marketing), branding, creative services and business strategy expertise. social media, new media,We help companies and online communities find their social voice. We focus on early stage companies, startups and entrepreneurial groups within larger companies. The ESSE GROUP principals; (CASUDI) Caroline Di Diego, and James Ferris, each bring over 20 years of expertise in multiple disciplines to New-Media; including film, video, multimedia presentations, graphic & web design, marketing and corporate communications. OUR JOURNEY STARTED IN 1982 Founded 1982, ESSE GROUP told the stories of companies and their products & customers, in film and video, and produced environmental documentaries for television. We received 18 International film awards for our documentaries, which raised awareness, raised money and promoted a balanced view of business & the environment. Our television series "Essence of Life" embracing "water as the essence of life", was hosted and narrated by Leonard Nimoy. Pivoting in 1990, James Ferris joined ESSE GROUP as a principal, and the company refocused to move technology-focused, early-stage and start-up companies from their "concept/chaos" stage to become fundable and/or profitable.The focus continues, with emphasis on customer-centric solutions and helping companies with their social voice.
