Essential Earthing was formed out of my passion for wanting to help others maximise their well-being utilising the incredible gifts we have in nature. My love for cooking and creating healthy and delicious recipes incorporating my beautiful dōTERRA essential oils gives me immense joy and I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.As a Well-Being Alchemist I empower and equip people with tools to enhance their well-being naturally. This is achieved through essential oil education, cooking workshops, low-tox lifestyle solutions for individuals and the home, as well as being certified in the AromaTouch Technique.
