Essential Motivation was created for a need to inspire young adults and teens. I saw a need to reach this particular age group in a way that is not commonly done. Using different creative ways to get their attention and keep them engaged and know that the words I am giving them are important and that they are powerful. Knowledge, education, compassion, strength, respect, self-love, self-confidence and mental health are a few topics that are important to keep at the forefront of their powerful brains.
