We are a Mortgage Broker based in Chelmsford City Centre, helping local clients and those around the UK with their Mortgage and Insurance needs.With over 25yrs of banking and Industry knowledge (and experience!) there is little we haven't seen in that time. We are really happy to meet clients at our High Street Office at a time that suits everyone, by telephone if that is more convenient, or by email & on-line which is becoming more popular.We have use of the majority of High Street Lenders, smaller Regional Building Societies as well as a growing number of Specialist Lenders. We always have a number of Exclusive Deals that are not available by going direct to lenders.Equity Release is also a growing area of our business, and we have helped a number of clients with their retirement mortgage needs.We do not charge any Broker Fees on Residential Mortgages (First Time Buyers, Remortgages, Home Movers, or Product Transfers), and just £149 on all Buy to Let Mortgages. For those interested in Equity Release, our fee is just £695. Any fees are payable on Offer, we don't charge any upfront fees.We have recently introduced an Estate Agency and Letting Service, giving our clients the option for fixed low-cost prices to sell your property, compared with traditional High Street Estate Agents.
