We are a team of Ontological Coaches, Psychologysts, Communication and Human Resources specialists. We design learning experiences. Customized courses and workshops, where the purpose is to travel from a current state to a desired state. We work with teams within a company or organization, and we also carry out individual processes. Some time ago we learned the difference between "to be" and "being". We went from saying "I am", to saying "I am being". To be something sounds definitive. Being, gives us permission to recognize ourselves in a certain state and open up the possibility, if we want, to reach another. Estación ID is a part of the trip. It is a place on our journey of construction of our own identity.
