Empowerment Support Training Environment Experience MentoringESTEEM is a Sussex-based charity which involves young adults aged 14-26 in opportunities to develop confidence, build life-skills and improve well-being. We do this by offering access to 1:1 vocational mentoring and training, well-being support services and group activities in a safe and supportive environment.ESTEEM enables young adults to develop skills and resilience, which helps them to identify life-goals and eases the transition into meaningful employment, education and training.Our purpose:1) To provide a safe and supportive environment for young adults aged 14-262) To provide opportunities for education, training, employment and life skills amongst young adults3) To promote active citizenship and community integration 4) To provide support to young adults aged 14-26 who are facing unemployment due to a lack of skills, opportunities or experience, poor family support, emotional ill-health and social isolation.
