Throughout the design process, energy efficiency is one of our key goals. We also promote the integration of renewable energy in buildings as an essential part of sustainable building technology.Maximizing the use of passive strategies of design we reduce the energy demanded by mechanical systems, then we propose the highest performance technology available at the moment in order to reduce energy use in the building and associated CO2 emissions. Beyond this, we propose the installation of solar thermal and photovoltaic systems to provide the reduced energy demanded by the building to maintain a comfortable environment indoors.We want to contribute to get a reduction of GHG emissions associated to buildings operation part of the Climate Change mitigation policy based on the optimization of use of natural resources such as water, sun, earth, wind.
