I'm a builder. How so? I like to make ideas concrete. I quickly understand what is needed to achieve the right results and I'm able to translate this into the most efficient and effective route there. Preferably I also put my feet in the clay and I roll up my sleeves to accomplish it. My strength lies in the combination of strategy, approach and execution. With the help of common sense, strong analytical and organizational skills and a practical and decisive approach, I have been able to build new organizations, departments and networks and lead various large projects. My knowledge and experience are versatile and I'm able to quickly acquire new knowledge. I like to push my boundaries. It's my passion to get things done and achieve goals.
