Sustainable, local and homemade, that is what defines us. To the example of the philosopher Spinoza who wrote here his Ethica, we follow our passion by taking place in the gastronomic universe. It is our goal to serve great food and drinks in a CO2 neutral way and to enthuse our guests to join us in following our 80/20 formula. We produce ourselves as much as possible like beer, soysauce, tempeh and our own washing detergent. We ferment our self-grown vegetables for later use, we buy local and work together with educational institutes or all levels to share our knowledge.
