Since 1989, ECCQ has been the industry leader in providing culturally inclusive community based and in home care through our division, Diversicare. And since 1988, ECCQ's division, Berlasco Court Caring Centre has been the only recognised residential care provider in Queensland that focuses on cultural inclusiveness.
