ANO "Eurasian Center of energy Development" is the subsidiary structure of the NP "Russian Gas Society". The members of the RGS are gas producers, gas transporters, gas traders, scientific-research institutes, petrochemical companies. The members of RGS produce 97 % of Russian gas and consist of such major companies as Gazprom, Novatek, Gapromtransgaz etc. RGS is the member of International Gas Union and associated member of Eurogas. The president of RGS is Mr. Valery Yazev, a member of the General Council of the largest party in the country Yedinaya Rossiya (eng. "United Russia", 52.88 % in the State Duma), factionary of Yedinaya Rossiya in the State Duma of RF, Senior Vice-Chairman of the Committee for management of natural resources and ecology of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of RF.
