The Eurasian Prize is a private initiative by a publishing house in Yekaterinburg, Russia. For the last fifteen years, the Eurasian Prize Awards has provided a one-of-a-kind chance for architects and designers to evaluate their skill, expertise and calling. The statuettes and certificates, awarded to the best professionals and the most promising emerging talents, have helped them gain international acclaim and competitive advantage. In 2018, the Eurasian Prize initiative continues to fulfill its mission, providing new opportunities and perspectives.The festival culminates in the Eurasian Prize Gala, the main event honoring the best individuals and businesses involved in architecture, urbanism, interior design, and industrial design. The ceremony is traditionally held at the Residence of the Governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast. Situated in the heart of Yekaterinburg, a big city on the borderline between Europe and Asia, the 19th-century palace opens its doors to the Eurasian Prize awardees and honorary guests of the ceremony. In its previous editions, the Eurasian Prize jury featured William Alsop, Massimiliano Fuksas, Henry Kendall, Helmut Jahn, Ken Smith, Werner Sobek, Alberto Rubio, Federico Delrosso and many other world-renowned architects and designers.
