European Federation of Homeopathic Patients' Associations Details
EFHPA is an umbrella organisation established to represent the voice of homeopathic patients in Europe who use, or want to use, homeopathy, defending their rights and interests. \\EFHPA believes that patients have a fundamental right to patient-centred healthcare that respects their needs, preferences and values. Although most countries in Europe have policy statements about the importance of patients' views and needs in respect to planning health care, when it comes to homeopathy, sadly little or no provision is made.\\EFHPA represents patient associations from various European states that share a vision in which homeopathy is integrated into EU healthcare provision and to raise awareness of the benefits of homeopathy with the EU healthcare authorities. \\In the process of this work, EFHPA also helps to support the founding and development of national homeopathic patients' groups throughout Europe.\\EFHPA is affiliated to the European Committee for Homeopathy (ECH) as the Patient/Users sub-committee and is a member of the European Patients Forum (EPF), the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) and ECHAMP (European Coalition of Homeopathic and Anthroposophical Medicinal Products).
