We can manage all elements of a new pump or re-pump installation, including: pipework, groundworks, electrical disconnection and reconnection or full upgrade as well as pump commissioning. INSTALLATIONUsing our own hazardous area plant, machinery and fencing, we are able to control the setup and removal of our site equipment to reduce site downtime during the works. We were the first company in the UK to supply, install and maintain Tatsuno dispensers.CONSTRUCTIONWe specialise in carrying out construction on live fuel sites, and our multi skilled workforce is experienced in groundworks, pipework and concrete. We own and operate mini diggers and forklifts fitted with hazardous area safety controls.PIPEWORKOur pipe fitters are skilled and certified in all major makes of HDPE pipework, from single to double skin. We can replace a single failed line or install a brand-new chamber and pipework system on a new or redeveloped site.ELECTRICALWe offer a full range of electrical and hazardous area electrical services to the retail fuel industry. Installation services range from canopy and delivery lighting, installing networks and pump installations, to rewiring the entire forecourt.We can build and supply control systems – everything from simple power distribution panels to control forecourt dispensers, through to complex driver-delivery systems for DCD and aboveground tank transfer pump systems, including many advanced safety features, ensuring your assets are always fully protected and ready for when you need them most. Our electrical engineers are Compex 7 & 8 trained, giving you peace of mind that any works are carried out to the highest standard and are fully compliant with the APEA Blue Book and British Standard 7671.Our electrical engineers complement our other service divisions such as our construction team.
