My current teaching focus lies on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and Mediation. Next to a yogi, I am also an organizational psychologist, and I am very excited about the opportunity to connect these two fields in various ways on the mat, and workshops, or private class settings. Making Yoga and all its benefits accessible to as many people as possible is what I would like to achieve through my work. That's why I called this site ‘Ways to Yoga'. I am 100% convinced that each and every person on this planet - no matter what their background is - can find a way to yoga to benefit from one of the many forms of this amazing practice and philosophy. It is only a question of finding the right way and putting the teachings into a context that makes sense for you. You don't have to be a world-class gymnast, athlete, or contortionist in order to have fun and feel great by doing yoga.I'd love to see you in class - or read from you online.
