While you can't prevent every accident, you can rest a little easier knowing that your membership to EVAC24 Active will ensure that in the event of any accidental emergency, you will receive an amazingly quick response to your emergency situation after alerting us to your situation via standalone tracking unit or via a panic facility we make available to you to use via your cell phone.Your cover supports most SADC countries as long as your cover originates in South Africa. In the event that you have an accident and require the need for emergency evacuation, we will arrange this through our call centre. The closest ambulance from of our network of 2,000 providers/companies is despatched to your location. Your cover level is R100,000 and this is used to cover the cost of your evacuation and your admission to emergency care. Your cover is specific to accidental emergency events. In our Policy wording an Accident is defined as "Anything happening in a moment of time", meaning that it is any event that happens to your body from outside of you to you.
