Thousands had been invested and it simply could not have the chance of failure. Everything had to be right, including the food. I can not truly express how relieved and pleased I was with the professionalism, timeliness and taste of Evans' Catering. Their team handled everything from start to finish in a manner that spoke to the excellence that was needed for the event to be successful.
