This web based SaaS platform will allow event planners find venues & service providers based on their availability and ratings & reviews given by other event planners. Service providers would have access to thousands of event planners who are in need of their services and allow them to bid on jobs posted by event planners. The service will be free to use for event planners but there will be monthly fee for service providers based on the category they fall in. Currently, event planners either google what they are looking for or use agencies (similar to travel agencies in pre-expedia days). The mobile app will allow event planners to find any service provider they are looking for from any location 24x7x365 while the service providers will be able to reply/confirm to available jobs from any location 24x7x365, which is not possible working with agencies.
