We are a disruptive recruitment platform dedicated to placing university students and recent graduates into jobs in small businesses. We allow candidates to record and upload 30 second video CVs directly from our mobile app and show these videos to each of the employers on our site. Candidates can also apply to jobs from anywhere with our Tinder like swiping and matching system, easy!There are currently numerous market issues that are stopping SMEs from hiring graduates in the UK. With our platform, smaller businesses now have a much more accessible recruitment model which includes a payment on results structure and access to rich media profiles that put the emphasis on showcasing candidate personality. We see the business as a high volume, low margin business that provides a cost effective way of smaller employers hiring. We need $120,000 to reach our first 20,000 candidates and this money would go towards paying for digital advertising through a variety of channels.
