Evergreen Estates group was founded to create luxury accommodation on Caribbean islands that have not yet been developed. Our aim is to develop properties which are unique and are ultimate luxury ranging from villa's, golf courses and hotels. We are passionate about eco-friendly methods of build and implement this in each of our developments. We believe in giving back and avoiding gentrification which has been seen to happen when luxury developments appear, we also provide affordable housing to local communities and focus on job creation and to uplift of the economy
