With a view to deliver optimum value to customers, Everon Castings Private Limited (ECPL) has set up a Green Field foundry engaged in the manufacturing of Steel, Alloy Steel Stainless Steel castings. ECPL, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, is located at Coimbatore, the manufacturing hub, in the state of Tamil Nadu, South India. A purely customer-centric company, ECPL is equipped with semi-mechanized processes including a No-Bake Sand moulding process, and has a fully automated Reclamation Plant. ECPL delivers flawless quality consistently, on time, every time. Everon Castings Pvt. Ltd., (ECPL) is a Green Field Steel foundry producing steel castings and is located in the manufacturing hub of Coimbatore in Tamilnadu, India. ECPL has a state-of the art manufacturing technology housed in a land area of 9 acres. The site is around 25 kms away from the city, and about 3 kms from Arasampalayam village on Coimbatore-Pollachi Main Road. ECPL is equipped with 2X3000 (6000 kg dual track) and one 750 kg furnace crucible in its plant. With this infrastructure, castings ranging from 10 Kg to 5000 Kg (22 to 11,000 lbs) can be produced. This gives customers the convenience to place order with ECPL for smaller and larger weight range of castings. Since ECPL has No-bake sand process for molding, complicated and intricate casting profiles can be manufactured with ease. Hence, ECPL is ideally suited to make difficult components for Pump Motors and Turbines. ECPL also caters to Automobile, Earth moving equipments, Oil field equipments, Valves etc. At ECPL quality of product and consistent delivery create utmost customer satisfaction and thus play a pivotal role in the success of the company.
