EVERYDAY-ATHLETICS is an applicable algorithm of movement in rehabilitation, conditioning, and training programs in water and on land based on principles of Fitness Intelligence to develop the 7 human movement patterns and the 6 athletic qualities of everyday life and sport.Our approach to coaching and fitness is part mobility/flexibility, part aerobic, part coordination and part progressive resistance seamlessly meshing rehabilitation, conditioning and functional training modalities on both land and in the water using simple ergonomic tools.Much focus is placed upon vertical deep water conditioning to improve posture and body awareness.
