Everyone's A Player (EAP) is a 100% volunteer run non-profit that provides access and opportunities for youth in the Merrimack Valley Massachusetts who need assistance to participate in sports, enrichment and wellness programs. The organization was founded in 2011 and through grassroots fundraising, has helped over 4,000 + kids in need, to engage in programs that help to improve their health and lives. EAP's focus over the last 5 years has been to work directly with sports organizations - 85% of them from Lawrence, one of the poorest city's in the state - to grow the number of kids participating in sports and provide much needed equipment and programming to help their players become well-rounded student athletes. EAP also offers needs-based scholarships for elite athletes to cover cost of club teams, specialized camps and regional/national college showcase events. EAP awards a limited number a year. Students are selected based on application, GPA and teacher and coaches recommendations. In 2016, EAP and Beyond Soccer founded Lawrence Sports Leadership Academy (http://www.lawrencesportsleadershipacademy.com), a first of its kind multi-sports and leadership camp for Lawrence youth. The camp has run for 5 years and this summer will impact over 400 youth. In February of 2020, EAP and Spark Fitness & Tennis Club launched Serving Stars, a United States Tennis Association sponsored National Junior Tennis League that will bring high level tennis training, academic programming and college preparatory assistance to the youth of Lawrence.
