Evolution Management (Evom) is an organisation that supports opportunity and change, supporting business occupiers in evolving their vision and efficiency in real estate or office accomodation. Evolution is a process, not of constructing or building something, but really analysing how business functions and optimising the ethos and drivers to improve workplaces to encourage staff, potential growth and better client relationships. It indirectly creates brand and energy through the personality and culture of each business. Our aim is to capture that with considered consulting teams.The places in which we work are fundamental to everyday life, to improve the working enviroment can improve performance. We identify areas of change in space which may adjust working models and reduce rental area requirements. No two businesses are identical, therefore working in collaboration will allow a better definition of the Business Vision / Drivers and future functionality. We support landlords and developers in upgrading existing buildings, refurbishing and integrating plant upgrades often in occupied spaces around existing tenants. This takes 'our' personality and negotiation skills understanding 'that business as usual' is often the key to sucsess for landlord works. Our team have experience in adding infill space, filling in atria / wintergardens, expanding area, enhancing receptions, managed plant and lift replacement schemes as well as refurbishments of Cores and CAT A rental Space. We are happy to engage with or for the consultant teams, monitor works or give opinions on projectsas they evolve. We will decline work where we dont believe we can add value to the client objectives and are keen to work on the more complicated / complex schemes, especially where we can break the proceeses down into manageble parts and work out the simplification of how to sucseed.
