We are an organization that has as it's goal 100% organic produce that is grown in three different environments: indoor (totally controlled), protected (greenhouse), and outdoors. We strive to produce crops for the local market throughout the year, independent of weather conditions.The focus of our company is to produce tasty, nutritious food for the local community while staying conscious to conserve natural resources.Our main crops are mushrooms, microgreens and herbs, but as we grow, we will keep an eye on the local needs and shift production to items that we can successfully and reliably provide to the local market.
