Evolving Leaders was established in 2014 with the purpose of evolving leadership consciousness to make the world a better place. Our vision is to grow better leaders – leaders with the capacity, skills and consciousness to ignite the cultural evolution that is desperately required right now in many workplaces. Our work is inspired by our vision of the ‘human' teams and organisations of the future that we need to be designing and creating right now to respond and flourish in a rapidly changing world. We help leaders to make the connection between the cycle of pain, dysfunction, cultural entropy and poor performance that they may be experiencing in their team's and organisation and bring focus to the antidote for this – which is intentionally growing and creating ‘human organisations'.
