Manage sales, profitability and cash flow better, suggesting improvements that can be made and helping to make the relevant changes required where necessary. 2. Build a strategy that provides the business with the clarity, focus, accountability and flexibility it requires for sustainable growth. 3. Plan and manage the execution of the company strategy throughout the business. 4. Project manage change where there is no internal leadership support.
