EXCELEAS®, LLC is a software application provider serving law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. Established on February 16, 2017, and in the heart of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our company name is a partial word, a partial acronym, and the company motto all-in-one, meaning "Excellence in Law Enforcement Agency Solutions."Overseeing daily operations is Adam Lawrence, the company founder, and a supervisory police officer in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Adam founded EXCELEAS® after coming up with the plan to create the company's flagship program, the Law Enforcement Applicant Database, known as LEAD™.Although a young company, we have serious plans for the policing profession. Our focus is to offer law enforcement agencies tools that are unique and progressive. We're on a mission to transform law enforcement recruitment forever, and it's time you check us out.
