Excello Health is a Managed Care Organisation that specialises in the administration of dental claims for medical schemes. Founded in 2008, we have spent the past four years perfecting the dental claims process by applying a "wash" to dental claims received directly from switching companies (EDI) and from medical schemes (Paper Claims). This "wash" realises a saving to the medical scheme by means of identifying incorrect or incomplete dental claims.We have developed an ever evolving; in-house software solution called iTooth to apply our SADA approved clinical protocols to the dental claims, ensuring that claims meet the required national claims standards.As part of our service, we analyse claims data and generate reports that allows for the schemes management to make informed decisions based on the information revealed in these report. We have the capability to work with open and closed schemes, for example our current clients include Topmed, Alliance Midmed (Closed Schemes) and Momentum Health (Open Scheme).
