We primarily invest in direct and JV equity, but also consider debt and preferred equity.Multifamily is our core business and our primary area of expertise. We also invest in other asset types where we have identified thematic or individual opportunities with compelling returns. Excelsa pursues a rigorous, data driven, and selective approach to investing.
