At ExecuShe, we focus on the individual top executive woman (i.e. those who truly made it beyond the ‘glass ceiling’) who understands what it takes to get there based on an in-depth analysis of their differentiating characteristics. To ensure we are always up to date, we do not rely purely on formal corporate reporting, which is published on average hundreds of days after a woman has broken through the glass ceiling.
