Exeloo was established in 1991 by its founder, Dan Glew. He was travelling in Europe and began to notice the difference in the design of public restrooms. He then thought of bringing this innovative European restroom design to his home country, New Zealand. Combining smart engineering and innovative technology, Glew created Exeloo, which was aimed at building public restrooms that catered to the people's unique needs. Focusing on public safety, convenience and hygiene, Exeloo started building and installing automatic public toilets all over New Zealand. As the company was starting to fortify its place in the New Zealand market, Exeloo was approached by WC Innovation's Bill Chapman for an opportunity to tap into the Australian market. Despite being riddled by doubts in the beginning, Exeloo and WC innovations eventually struck a deal, making the latter the closest brand partner and distributor of the company.A couple of years went on and the company looked to expand their reach to the US and began to search for distributors. Exeloo got in touch with the Public Facilities and Services (PFS) and created a partnership, making it the official US distributor of Exeloo.Soon after, Exeloo established its offices in New Zealand, Australia and the US. Today, it continues to create innovatively designed public restrooms that are sanitary, durable, and easily accessible to people of all shapes and sizes. The company continues to explore new revolutionary ideas to tend to the public's sanitary needs. Its systems approach and openness to new creative ideas continue to be its defining characteristics, making it a highly respected entity to public and private agencies all over New Zealand, Australia and in the USA.
