Exitplus is a new generation firm in strategic consultancy industry:we partner with advertising/marketing agencies, as well as with direct-clients, to support and actualize their campaigns or program initiatives.Exitplus provides services that support every stage of our agency partners' business, from pre-pitch strategic planning/consultancy, RFP/RFI responses and proposal writing, to pitching clients and giving presentations, as well as providing post-pitch project/program/client management support and consultancy.Our goal for all of our agency partners is to grow their business in an efficient and sustainable manner, while taking accountability for the success of their campaigns/projects from a production stand point.For our direct-clients, we deliver strategic insight for their production planning efforts, analyze existing or potential production efficiencies for their ad campaigns/agencies, provide operational/production recommendations, and support the RFP/RFI initiatives of their marketing and/or procurement departments as strategic consultants.When working with our direct-clients and their brands, our main objective is to find them potential production efficiencies that can save them up to 30% in their ad/marketing budgets, as well as streamline their existing or future relationships with their agencies from a project management / production process stand point.
