ExoTalent is a local Ethiopian training and consultancy co-founded company in 2015, based on IICDs legacy in the region http://www.iicd.org/ ExoTalent's core business is support services in business development and ICT skills building. It has an interactive facilitation method which has been fine-tuned over the years when working with community groups and youth. ExoTalent provides services and solutions to clients in the not-for-profit, public and private sector.
