Following "LEAN MVP" and "The Right It" principles, our approach is to workshop the client's tailored solution and serve as an incubator/accelerator of the solution. We develop the solution on our leading Low-Code OutSystems managed platform which enables us to develop solutions more cost efficient and faster than your typical hand coding methods.We are also part of the openexo community and have a number of certified staff ranging from ambassadors, consultants through to coaches who can assist our clients in truly getting to grips with exponential technologies and implementation (4IR etc).We run 2-week sprints and demo our progress every 2 weeks meaning that our clients can actually see and test the solution in parallel as we progress. This assists in assuring that any changes required are picked up sooner rather than later and the planned solution can effectively pivot on demand. In contrast with typical development methods which can take months if not years before the client sees anything, our development process ensures that our clients receive a high-quality product which is in line with their requirements.Once the solution has been developed and successfully implemented, we empower our clients through training them on the OutSystems platform as we migrate our clients onto their own platform which gives them full access and control.
